Solarweave is ultra-lightweight, soft and silky and dries very quickly making it ideal for all outdoor activities including water activities! All colors are tested and meet or exceed AATCC 183 and ASTM D6544 & ASTM D6603 Standards; are certified by the International UV Testing Laboratories; and are rated UPF 50+ (Ultraviolet Protection Factor 50+)

What does UVBLOCK® Certified Mean? UVBLOCK® certified means that: The fabric has been tested for ultravioletlight transmission (AATCC 183) It is then laundered 40 times and submitted to 100 hours of UV light (ASTM D6544) Once again tested for UV Light transmission (AATCC 183), then given a certified rating and labeled (ASTM D6603) ONLY fabrics tested by the International UV Testing Laboratories are UVBLOCK® certified. ALL SPF FABRICS® are UVBLOCK certified, so you can be assured of the Best in Sun Protection.
